The processing of Your personal data (email address) will be carried out to follow up on your request to receive – via ordinary email – communications concerning the launch of the Site and the related registration procedures. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Your explicit consent expressed by entering Your email address in the appropriate form on the Site to receive the aforementioned communications.
3. Mandatory or optional nature of the processing
The provision of the email address is mandatory for the purpose described in section 2, and without it, it will not be possible to fulfill Your request.
4. Recipients to whom Your personal data may be disclosed
For the purpose described, Your data will be communicated, and therefore accessible, to third-party subjects responsible for managing the Site who carry out activities on behalf of the Controller, in their capacity as external data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR. The recipients are indicated only by category, as they are subject to frequent updates and revisions. 5. Data retention period
Your personal data will be retained only for the time necessary to achieve this purpose, i.e., until you receive the email notifying you of the launch of the platform and the possibility to register. After five (5) days from the sending of said notification email, Your data will be deleted.
6. Data subject rights and exercise methods
At any time, you can exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, including the right of access, consultation, rectification, deletion and oblivion, restriction of data processing, and – if applicable – obtaining their transmission to another controller (data portability), as well as the right to object at any time, and without providing any reason, to the processing of your data for the purposes described above, by sending an email to editore@aroundwine.net. Pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if you believe that your rights have been violated.
